Air Duct Cleaning

Using a high-powered negative air machine in association with the viper whip air wash system; each vent, return, and main is addressed. All supply vents in the home are removed and cleaned by the forward whip system forcing all dust and debris to main trunk lines or high power vacuum negative air machine. All return vents are then cleaned with a high-pressured air wash system that pushes 200 psi into every opening of the return system. It forces all dust and debris to the return main line or the high powered negative air machine. Finally the supply and return mains are cleaned using the reverse viper whip system and high-powered negative air machine. All lines both vertical and horizontal are reverse snaked through a one-inch access hole into our 8-inch vacuum line.

Dryer Vent Cleaning

Using reverse air pressure in association with the viper whip system, we clean the entire length of the vent from the outside of the home to the back of the dryer. Prices may very from length of vent line, repairs, or animal removal.

Fireplace and Chimney Cleaning

On Air Inc. use flex rods and a series of brushes that we run from the interior of the home up the chimney, getting all the soot and creosote build up through the entire chimney. We also use a high-powered vacuum to clean out all the soot and ash buildup in the firebox. NO FIRES 24 HRS prior to cleaning … all work area is protected by tarps to insure a clean service area. There is an addition fee for animal removal and ash pit cleaning. Fireplace and furnace flu caps are installed and furnished upon request within seven business days.

Furnace Cleaning

Using high-powered air pressure, we clean all major heating components, including burners and heat exchanger. We air wash the blower motor and the inducers motor to improve draft and air flow. Depending upon the build up and the type of unit, the blower may need to be removed and cleaned at an additional charge. Oil burning and sooted units are addition; price may very upon situation. We will also do a free inspection on the furnace flu line, the hot water heating components, and the exhaust system. Depending upon airflow and functionality of the unit, we may need to inspect and clean the evaporation-cooling coil (A coil).

Carpet Cleaning

With the most advanced portable carpet extractors in the industry and top of the line chemical solutions, On Air Inc. is equipped to handle any carpet task. From a standard cleaning or spot treatment, to flood damage and control, every and any situation we encounter will be overcome! Carpet extractors(seen below) use a detergent solution or a rinsing agent, depending upon the task, that is forced into the carpet by a high powered solution pump. The solution is then removed from the carpet with a high power vacuum with extraction power over 200cfm. This machine also has a built in water heating system which tends to help breaking up dirt and soil faster. Hot water extraction is known to be the deepest method of cleaning offered in the carpet cleaning industry. This means that your carpet will be cleaned, not only on the surface but also deep into the fiber where all contaminates and bacteria tend to live.
